GETTING TO KNOW RICH BURNETT

President of Training Operations:

Prior to accepting the position to lead Triple F, Rich Burnett was the Head S&C Coach and PE Chair at Greater Atlanta Christian School outside of Atlanta, Georgia for 4 years. At GAC, Rich trained 300+ High School student-athletes a day as head of GAC’s renowned Performance Training program.

GAC is highly regarded in the state of Georgia and is recognized nationally for its targeted, systematic approach to athletic development. After serving as an Assistant S&C coach for 2 years at GAC, Rich took lead of the program in 2018 after legendary HS S&C Coach, Gary Schofield Jr.

Prior to joining the Spartans of GAC, Rich spent 5 years at the Division 1 level in his hometown of Corpus Christi, TX. As the Head S&C Coach for the TAMU-CC Islanders from 2014-2016, Rich saw the program grow to be one of the premier programs in the Southland Conference. As a product himself of the Island University, Rich also worked in the NSCA-recognized Kinesiology department as an Adjunct professor and researcher, growing the S&C profession through sport science and curriculum design.

Rich is also the creator of the Plyomat which is now being used by University of Tennessee FB, University of Iowa FB, Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning, the NFL Alumni Academy, University of Arkansas Baseball, University of North Carolina Women’s Basketball, Clemson Olympic sports and 50+ high school and private facilities around the world.

The Triple F Elite Sports Training facility is designed to be a complete training experience, targeting specific strength needs, character development, and nutrition provisions for young athletes who want the best support and training to achieve success throughout sports and life. Rich is the author of the Triple F system, serving as the lead practitioner, and will oversee daily training operations.
