Jen brings more than 20 years of experience in advertising and marketing to the Triple F family. Raised in Salem, Virginia, she graduated from University of Tennessee Knoxville in 2000 — and to this day she is All Vol.

She has served a wide range of commercial and non-profit partners in the greater Knoxville area, but her strength is connecting people and programs to build better futures for her community. Jen’s endless compassion for children, commitment to excellence, and dynamic understanding of the ever-changing media landscape will assist Triple F in our mission to help area youths and adults reach their long-term fitness goals. In her personal time, Jen competes in Spartan Races, loves to hit the mountain on a snowboard, and serves local school children with her therapy dog Darla as a Ruff Reading Volunteer. As a mother to two talented, baseball-loving boys, Jen is a role model for the importance of teamwork, self-discipline, and striving for excellence.
